- Payments can be made only through approved modes as communicated by Nature Fusion / DLD Group. Any payment made to unauthorized persons will not be the responsibility of the company.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the management.
- If any refund is approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are required to provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of booking.
- Any misrepresentation of identity, fraudulent booking, or false information will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- Customers must comply with all legal requirements, rules, and regulations applicable to the project.
